About Us
Our family loves all things Japanese. We have visited Japan on multiple occasions and following encouragement from Sydney's best Ramen Masters, Dave attended Ramen School in Japan and learnt the technical skills needed to make this traditional Japanese dish.
Our son was diagnosed with Coeliac Disease 15 years ago and we know first hand that eating out as a coeliac can be a real challange.
We were determind to recreate the Japanese food experience for him to enjoy, and after years of trial and error adjusting authentic restaurant quality Ramen recipes to be gluten free and conveniently sold at markets and local events, the dream of Iron Ramen became reality.
Our aim is to provide great tasting Japanese street food that anyone (with or without allergies) can enjoy.
